DreamsByOwner.com Listing Agreement

This agreement is between you, the owner (home seller) and us, DreamsByOwner.com.

You as the owner, are agreeing to purchase advertising through the DreamsByOwner.com website. You are entitled to enter a description of your home, and are allowed to place up to 10 pictures of your home and/or property on the advertising space provided.

You (the owner) agree that you are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of the listing. You also agree the DreamsByOwner.com is not responsible for an inaccuracies in your property listing. DreamsByOwner.com is not responsible for any inaccuracies in your property listing. DreasmsByOwner.com will not be held liable for any misrepresentations in your property listing. An Owner that is found to have a misleading listing may be asked by DreamsByOwner.com to correct the information. If the owner in this case refuses to make the proper changes to the listing, this may result in your listing being removed without any refund given.

You accept that all sales are final, and no refunds can be given once your payment is made, for any reason, including the listing of your home with a real estate agent or the sale of your home.

You will be able to list one property for each monthly payment of $14.95 you make. You can delete listings and make new ones as many times as you need throughout your listing period. So, for example, if you have 2 homes for sale, but only list one on the site, and within the first week of listing on DreamsByOwner.com, you sell the home you listed, you can delete that listing, and make a new listing for the rest of the month.

You agree to pay the monthly fee of $14.95 for each month you wish your listing to appear on DreamsByOwner.com. You acknowledge that your credit card will be billed once each month automatically on the date of your initial payment, until you cancel your listing via e-mail to info@dreamsbyowner.com. Once you cancel your listing, you will not be billed any future months, and will not receive any refunds for previous months or payments.

You acknowledge that DreamsByOwner will not provide you with a yard sign, and you are responsible for obtaining & installing your own yard sign.
