STEP ONE: REGISTER & LOGGING IN
-You can register by going to our REGISTER PAGE
-Your account will be activated immediately.
-You can now log in using THIS LINK
or the link on the bottom left of the Home Page
STEP TWO: CREATE A LISTING
-After logging in, you'll see a menu on the left of your screen, click "Add Listing."
-You'll now see a screen where you can enter in all your information about your house.
-Select your State, County, and then City. If your location is not currently in the list, please contact us at info@dreamsbyowner.com and we'll add your city to the list.
-Add up to 10 photos on the bottom after entering your information.
-Use the browse button to navigate to each photo on your hard drive, and you can make a title for each photo to identify where the photo is taken for your property.
-PLEASE NOTE: All Digital Photos should be 120KB or less in order to be uploaded to the site without any trouble. You can try uploading them large and we will reduce them while they are on the server, but if they do not show up at all, it means they need to be reduced.

-After adding all the photos and information, click the SUBMIT button on the bottom, and you'll then be able to preview your listing.
STEP THREE: REVIEW & MODIFY LISTING
-After clicking submit, you'll have a prompt for previewing your listing
-Your listing will now be searchable on DreamsByOwner.com based on the information you put into your listing. PLEASE NOTE: You may need to close your browser window and reopen it for your listing to be seen on the site.
-You can preview your listing(s) by clicking the "My Listing" link in the menu when you are logged in
-Here you'll be able to click on each of your listings, and modify them by clicking the modify button below your listing information.
-Throughout your listing period, you'll be able to login at ANY TIME to make updates to your listing for whatever reason: Price Change, New Photos, or any updates to the property.
